Dr. Herbert Dawkins and Dr. Barbara Dawkins: A Couple Born to Serve. My life's journey is a testament to a divine calling that began in the 1970s. It was then that I was ordained as a minister, embarking on a path of service with the Jamaica Christian Mission. My ministry was a blessed one, allowing me to serve various churches across the island of Jamaica, with a special place in my heart for the years spent at the Mocho Church of Christ in Clarendon and the Scott Pass Church of Christ in Manchester.

He’s also mentored Black youth and strengthened ties with law enforcement. Now in Orlando, he serves as Assistant Pastor at Silver Star Christian Church, continuing to uplift and inspire through faith and service.
